Back-to-Back Conference Final Appearances for Blades
All-Saskatchewan Tilt in Round 3
For the second consecutive season, the Saskatoon Blades are headed back to the Eastern Conference Final. The Blades clinched their spot in the third round with a 4-2 victory over the Moose Jaw Warriors in Game 7 of their second-round series.
It will be an all-Saskatchewan tilt in Round 3, as the Blades will face the Prince Albert Raiders. The Raiders advanced to the Eastern Conference Final with a 4-1 series win over the Brandon Wheat Kings.
The Blades and Raiders will begin their best-of-seven series on Friday, April 26th in Saskatoon. Game 2 will be played in Saskatoon on Saturday, April 27th. The series will then shift to Prince Albert for Games 3 and 4 on May 1st and 2nd.
The Blades are looking to make it to the WHL Championship Series for the first time since 2013. The Raiders are looking to win their first WHL Championship since 2019.
